Tania served as the Director of Governance to the Secretary General's Office for the Canadian Red Cross, HR Director at Bell Canada, Senior Independant HR Consultant for 10 years, and most recently as Head of HR at the Public Service Alliance of Canada. She is currently serving as a Board Director for the Ottawa Safety Council and the Ottawa School of Art.
